Kozen’s Aion leveling guide is my new favorite! It’s complete unlike some other guides I reviewed so far, and has both Elyos and Asmodian leveling guides. The leveling guide covers all quests and of course has maps and screenshots. It looks as though the author really did his best to keep you away from grinding as much as possible and that’s a big plus.
The best thing about Kozen leveling guide is that it’s much more, kind of like Killerguides leveling guide but even more detailed. It has a lot of bonuses such as a kinah guide, which talks a lot about making kinah on the auction house and with the use of private stores. Once it’s updated with more profitable items to (re)sell I’m sure it will be even better. There’s also a crafting guide, a guide on enchantments, godstones and manastones, and best of all Kozen’s leveling guide includes an Abyss guide, teaching you about fortresses, artifacts, Abyss ranks and points etc.
With Kozens leveling guide you also get free updates as well as exclusive access to forums and videos which I can’t say for other guides. Overall, I most definitely recommend you get this guide, you’ll be really pleased with its content.

Aion Mastery is the latest Aion leveling guide to hit the market. At this time it’s completed to level 40 for both factions. As far as I can tell all quests are listed however unlike in some other leveling guides they don’t come with many detailed explanations and how-to’s. There are maps of all areas attached with this leveling guide but they aren’t numbered in any way and frankly, don’t help that much.
It’s too bad there are no screenshots in this leveling guide, sometimes it’s extremely useful to see for example how a certain object you need to find looks. You can always google it or search online databases or forums, but that contradicts the very purpose of these leveling guides.
AionMastery also comes with a kinah making guide which is to my surprise very well written and has a good number of useful tips and strategies to help you earn kinah in Aion. It’s probably even better than some of those guides specifically talking about kinah making. Overall, a very nice addition but Kozen’s guide has a few more.
The most important thing to note about Aion Mastery is probably the price which is currently second highest (KFGuides leveling guide is almost $80 for both factions). Fortunately you can purchase Asmodian, Elyos and the kinah guide separately, but I would rather have it all for a more reasonable price. I actually had to think twice about giving away $67 for making this review, but it turned out to be worth it.
Kozen’s leveling guide is still my number one recommendation: it has more bonuses, it’s cheaper, you don’t have to pay separately for bonus guides, and the leveling guide itself is a bit better.

FTWGuides is an experienced publisher of leveling guides but I must admit I’m a bit disappointed in their Aion leveling guide. Even though it’s a good guide I’ve seen better (and with bonuses), therefore I’ll give it a rather poor rating.
The leveling guide itself is pretty good and has maps and screenshots. It comes in online form and most quests, mobs and items are linked to AionArmory for quick reference.
There is also the fact that Asmodian and Elyos leveling guides sell separately much like KFGuides, and both guides can be bought for $45 which is certainly more than Killerguides leveling guide.
All in all, FTWGuides Aion leveling guide is a decent guide but needs some additional work in order to stay competitive.

Krinadon and Faiona’s Aion leveling guides are rather unpopular leveling guides, and for good reasons. Even though the guides are nicely done, there are a few issues because of which I recommend getting some other guide.
First of all, the Asmodian and Elyos guides sell separately. Second, they are only finished to level 40 for now which I’m sure will get updated soon, but the problem is you have to pay for those updates later on. Both Fantoms and Killerguides guide have free updates. KFGuides does have some discounts you can apply to get the updates cheaper but it’s still an unnecessary expense.
In my opinion, other guides offer more bang for less bucks and you should just skip this one. Just in case you still want to check this one out, I have provided a download link below.

Unlike Killerguides leveling guide, Fantoms guide covers only the Asmodian faction. The biggest complaint I have about Fantoms leveling guide is that it’s falsely advertising as being complete when in fact it is not. Even though updates on this guide are free, there’s no point in purchasing it until it’s at least close to the endgame.
Fantoms leveling guide does look promising and I’ll be sure to keep an eye out about future updates and change my review accordingly, but for now I recommend you check out other, much better guides.

Killerguides Aion leveling guide covers both Elyos and Asmodian factions from 1-50. From what I can tell, every quest you can imagine is covered and listed. The guide is frequently updated (for free I should add), which is not always the case with other guides of similar nature. It also has multiple other bonuses like kinah and professions guides which definitely makes this leveling guide stand out from the competition.
Currently, Killerguides leveling guide is not my top guide but it’s the best alternative to Kozen’s Leveling Guide.
